Cuba couldn't help but smile. He was going dancing tonight. He chuckled to himself, for tonight was special. He was taking a new new friend with him. Egypt. Having bonded over their love of the smoke he had invited him dancing to celebrate and cement their friendship.

He was excited, he could not help it. When Egypt arrived dressed and ready his nerves went into hyper drive. He was an Elder nation, refined and dignified. Hopefully he would have a good time tonight.

La Bonita Rosa Dance Hall. This would be the setting for tonight's outing. This charming and lively dance hall was already brimming with people on the floor dancing and chatting. The bartender serving drinks, the music a light samba.

Carlos turned to his guest and grinned again. Tonight will be fun.

Egypt looked around uncertainly. This certainly was different to what he was used to. Not to mention it had been a very long time since he'd had anything to do with "chicas", as his companion called them.

He felt very conspicuous in his light striped shirt and brown trousers. No matter how often he wore this sort of thing at home, he rarely wore anything so Western around other nations; but he supposed it was appropriate for the situation.

The amount of people made him wary. He was too used to having his pocket picked in large crowds. However, the atmosphere seemed pleasant, so he quelled such instincts. He liked the music. It was something he could dance to easily. Though, of course, he prided himself on his natural ability to dance to any music.

He adjusted his taqiyah cap and smiled back at Cuba. Hopefully he would enjoy himself tonight.

"Ah Julio is playing with his group tonight" Carlos commented as they entered. Already, he started dancing to the beat, it was like a drug, intoxicating and joyful all at once.

"No need to be timid Egypt!" he exclaimed with a bright expression on his face. "Just feel the rhythm and let it move your body. Let it take you from the tips of your toes into your hips. There is no right way to do it."

He took a girl by the arm and started dancing with her. Despite his bulk and build he was surprisingly light on his feet. His partner equally talented managed to keep up with him.

"Come on Egypt! We came to dance!"

"I do not need instructions on how to dance, Carlos," Egypt retorted good-naturedly. "It has always come naturally to me." Although not brave enough to approach a girl as his friend just did, Gupta did start dancing alone. He barely had to think about his movements as he shook his hips and waved his arms, keeping in time to the music surprisingly well.

Carlos and his partner watched him dance, his movements becoming looser and more in time with the music. "Excellente! Now this is what I wanted to see from you! I knew it was in there somewhere."

The music shifted to another song and the energy spiked in the room. He couldn't help but pull his partner close and dance with her his primal passions surging. Spinning her, he joined his friend on the floor and mimicked his movements.

"If you are sure you can keep up," Guppie replied seriously. He twirled around the dancefloor, twisting his wrists and switching his steps. He watched how Cuba danced with the woman in his arms, trying to understand that style of dance.

Keep up? Keep up? This was a challenge! He spun and twisted, his hips moving elegantly to the music. Others took notice of his dance and murmured in agreement. This was fun.

Carlos laughed as he moved next to Egypt. The smaller nation was giving him a run for his money.
