It was a sunny day, a beautiful day in fact! The birds were singing, the leaves were fluttering in the gentle breeze; it wasn't too hot, too cold...the grass looked such a vivid green, even more vivid than usual. So soft and comfortable looking too...so inviting for a nice siesta under the shade of a tree, or a picnic, or even just to look at the clouds and relax...
But Feliciano couldn't do any of those things.
He couldn't even feel the gentle breeze or smell the fresh spring air!
All he could do was look out the window longingly, doodling on the unfinished reports in front of him, stuck in another world meeting.
And boy, was it a world meeting.
Usually it was just a few of them--nations that is--that would get together and talk out issues in the world.
But this time, it was different. It was the whole world. Not a country was left out or forgotten, or even wrote in sick. It was the whole world stuck in this board meeting. The. Whole. Entire. World.
It wasn't often that the whole world would get together, but every time it happened, something...interesting was bound to happen.
Especially when the topic was world problems...

To start things off (and make things easier for the new roleplayers who don't know where to go or what to do), we give you the world. And by the world, I mean this thread!
This thread is to help you break the ice and ease into RPing on this forum, especially if you are confused on how to start! Everyone, and I mean everyone; every single nation and micro-nation (and Sealand, too!) is invited--and encouraged--to reply on this thread!
"Reply with what?" you ask? Well, this thread will be a little game. Each nation will pose a problem for the other nations to solve, such as:
"I'm having problems with my economy, what can I do to boost it?"
"The mafia is threatening me, what should I do?"
"Alfred keeps calling me his hat, I demand a new nickname!"
"How can I become a real nation?"
"What should I do to be more attractive to the ladies~?"
"Who wants to try my cooking?"
You can ask absolutely anything. ANYTHING! Present some evidence to the board of nations and ask away! The rest of the RPers will be asked to come up with an idea to help that nation out. In order to make sure the thread doesn't become lagsome, there will be THREE SUGGESTIONS allowed for each question. After the problem has three suggestions, the nations are encouraged to duke it out for votes!
In summary (and hopefully to clear things up):
-One nations poses a problem
-Three nations suggest a solution
-All nations vote on their favorite
-Rinse and repeat! If you can't get everyone to vote within a few days, feel free to move on to the next topic.
Anything goes in this thread, so make of it what you will! Go forth, nations, and HAVE FUN!
