Yer that's right I have a middle name nao :U
Because "Mei" is a common Chinese name while "meimei" is just a title. "Lin" can be a surname, or given name (or whatever it's called). Apparently people in China have two names, a second name (the equivalent of USA's middle names), so thar my explanation on the spontaneous middle name.
